Luxury Apartments Near WMU, Kalamazoo

I just signed my 8th lease. My kids have grown up here. We love it. Our apartment is so big. The fireplace is perfect in the winter and the office staff couldnt be better. It's apartment living so things are perfect but for all the snow I havent had to shovel or pay someone to plow, I wont complain about walking to the mailbox...

I have lived here for over 10 years. The location is perfect for my son and I with so things close by. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. Any issues I have are addressed very timely and professionally. Maintenance is amazing and very friendly, they take care of any issues as quickly as possible. Tina is amazing, she genuinely cares for the residents here.

I have lived here for a couple of years now and any time I have a problem they are quick to address it and find a solution. Tina and Aaliyah in the office are both amazing and efficient and willing to work with you. I would (and have) highly recommend Candlewyck if you live or are looking to move to the Kalamazoo/Portage area! The apartments are a good size with nice amenities, the people who work in the office are so nice and understanding and any issues that you have will be handled in a timel

I've lived here for 6 years and most of it has been amazing. Very pretty grounds with a stream in the back & nice greenery, easy access to Westnedge and the shopping districts yet tucked away. Maintenance has always replied immediately to my requests as well with no troubles. The leasing process was easy to work through and Tina is a gem. I would definitely recommend Candlewyck!
